These general conditions of sale are the only applicable and replace any other condition, unless written exception. GojinSardinia reserves the right to change these general conditions of sale, it is therefore necessary to read again before placing an order on the site www.gojinsardinia.com. Such modifications will be immediately opposable to the Customer, starting from their diffusion and can not be applied to the contracts concluded previously. GojinSardinia considers that, by confirming its order, the Customer has read and accepted without reservation the present general conditions of sale. All prices displayed on the Site are expressed in EURO and not include VAT, net of shipping costs and any discounts due to promotion codes. GojinSardinia reserves the right to make changes to sales prices at any time and without notice of any kind.


If the purchase is made by a professional, it will be possible to request an invoice by selecting the appropriate box during the order process and entering the billing information including the tax code and / or VAT number. The professional is responsible for the correct insertion of the billing data and is expressly informed that, in case of failure to request the invoice when ordering, it will not be possible to request it later.


As described in the Legislative Decree 185/99, the right of withdrawal is not allowed in the case of goods that by their nature can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (eg fresh and perishable food products such as fruit, vegetables , etc.) or in the case of tailor-made or customized goods (eg cured meats and deli products). The purchase of perishable products therefore does not enjoy the right of withdrawal. Pursuant to Legislative Decree 185/99, given the nature of the products and the deterioration and loss of value that would result in the event of a return, no right of withdrawal is therefore provided for.


The Customer may make the payment of the Products and Accessory Charges through PayPal, Credit Cards and  Bank Transfer.

To guarantee maximum security, the Customer will make the payment transaction directly on the PayPal server. The Website does not store the Customer’s credit card number but, thanks to the secure communication system of the reference credit institution, starting from the second purchase, the Customer who wishes – by selecting the appropriate option – can proceed without re-enter your data. PayPal uses SSL to encrypt the data transmitted between its server and the Customer’s browser.

Credit cards

Bank transfer

The Customer must make the transfer by the 3rd day following the date of receipt of the order confirmation sent by the Seller. In default, the order will be canceled.

Reason: the customer must indicate in the reason for the transfer the number and the order date indicated in the confirmation email received from the Seller (eg Order No. 1234 of 12.5.2017).


Payment will be made upon receipt of the Products and may only be made in cash.


In order to guarantee maximum freshness linked to the seasonality of the products and to the variability of production dependent on atmospheric conditions (drought, heavy rain, snowfall, frost) the Registered User / Consumer Customer, acknowledges and agrees that they may not be delivered sporadically the Products indicated in the order sent and accepted by the Seller. In this case, GojinSardinia will promptly repay the amounts relating to the Products ordered and not delivered. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Consumer Customer.

In the event that the payment was made in Cash on Delivery, it will be the Customer’s responsibility to send an email within 24 hours from the delivery of the product, thus communicating their bank details, indicating the date and the order number. After the deadline, the refund will be considered not applicable.


If you have a complaint to expose you can do it by phone, mail or e-mail. It is in the interest of GojinSardinia that all complaints and disputes are settled out of court and in accordance with the law.


Currently we only ship to Italy, including islands and San Marino.

For the shipment of your fresh product, we have entrusted to a network of specialized couriers (STEF Italia s.p.a.) that deliver with state-of-the-art equipment equipped with a refrigerator and that only carry food. Professionals with years of experience in the sector, equipped with tools, means of transport and warehouses of the latest generation, able to guarantee an entire logistics at a controlled temperature. What does it mean? That the products, from when they are collected to when they are delivered into your hands, travel at temperatures between 0 ° C and 4 ° C.
Our courier will call you to anticipate the time when he will deliver your order, to the address indicated by you within a maximum of 48 hours, except in circumstances of force majeure (strikes, wars, natural disasters and any other event that makes production, transport, or delivery of products impractical).
